All over the world for thousands of years people have been connected by bridges. Let me be your supporting bridge as your intercultural consultant and trainer open to people from the east and the west.

Intercultural competence is also crucial for young people. My training programmes help young professionals, trainees, students and pupils who wish, or have already chosen, to live in an unfamiliar cultural environment due to a job opportunity abroad, time-limited project work, studies, school exchanges or similar activities. Therefore I have added these programmes to those for professionals and executives.

My training programmes provide insight into German and Chinese culture deepening the participants knowledge. I also offer individual consultation for those who wish to practice finding a solution in difficult situations. Custom-made training is based on individual needs.

My working method is based on openess, empathy towards different cultures and their modern development together with trusting co-operation and individual support.
